To provide optimum services, the Directorate General for Mineral and Coal – Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources has launched a hotline service. According to the press release sent to Majalah TAMBANG, public can access the hotline service to file complaints, to give suggestions, and to provide valuable inputs.

Next Year, Limited Coal Production Quota
Susilo Siswoutomo, Vice Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, stated that next year the government would limit national coal production quota in each province. The goal is to protect national energy security. Up to date, national coal production has never been properly recorded in complete, so the government could not reveal the exact number of national coal production each year.
